You can change everything if you are experienced with HTML and CSS. If you need to change our copyright notice, you would need to buy template with Developer license.

install hot_start package (joomla + template + demo data , remember to click "Inastall Sample Data" during installation) . Go to template parameters and for style parameter select "Style 2"
