How do you contact these people besides email - no

I am trying to purchase a template and the support is not very good at all. I'm definitely upset at there lack of response....do they have staff? Not getting answers and will be looking elsewhere. Snooze they lose! I'd hate for the template to screw up and the business is out of business because of these guys and their haphazard way of operations

what is the problem?

I sent a support ticket and no response. I know it say up 24 hours, that won't do. I need to know 1. if you have a coupon code. I'm trying to buy hot restaurant, but 6.00 shy of developer as I will only be using it once as far as I know.

Can you cut me a break, or can you update license when my paypal gets loaded again, bought something else and they way over charged me, and put me over the limit, I was supposed to buy this template to, but cannot have copyright.

Is there anything your can do with respect to coupon, upgrade license, or just give me a single license. I am in a demo environment and will be moving site to actual domain. Is there any thing or leway you can offer! Very time sensitive matter!
