Mega Menu - Module ??

Is the mega menu - as seen in the Hot Cars template an installable MODULE?
If so, is there opportunity to purchase it individually?

Don't get me wrong, your HotCars template is very nice - but other than the mega menu as a separate module, it really doesn't suit any of my needs.
