Hello,
Either your API key is invalid, or the location you entered into the "Location (City) *" field is not recognized. Try a different location.
Regards,
Milos

Hi
The API Key is valid and the location is more than recgonized... Toronto, CA. If I install version 3.9.0, it works.

Hello,
Joomla version 5.2.5 (latest), Hot Weather module version 4.2.0 (latest), and the location is Toronto, CA. It works fine as you can see it here demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com/test/hot-weather

Thank you. Not sure what is happening but with Joomla version 5.2.5 (latest), Hot Weather module version 4.2.0 (latest), and the location is Toronto, CA nothing shows. (Cassiopeia template). I will keep trying, as it works with the previous version of HotWeather. Thanks for looking into this

I am having the SAME issue....
Template: FINTECH
Joomla: 5.3.2
Module: Hot Weather, latest download
API KEY: VALID, two keys, both valid after 24 hours of creation...
I created a second account to get a newer key, created second key within that second account..
This is the "free" key... NONE of the API keys work...
Copy/paste not work.... manually typing the keys - same result, no data...
Module displays in USER2 position, weather data fields are BLANK, nothing...
No city works: Los Angeles, New York, none work regardless of spelling or case or state or country code.
Been working on on this for 3 days - NOTHING shows....
I do not have access to an older version of your weather module that the previous user claims works....
Please recheck the code on the module - perhaps 'openweather' site changed something in their API call process that prevents data return...
Please advise....
