Also it’s possible that folder permissions are wrong. Check this as well.

For a demo I changed the logo to an arrow and in the same follder is my logo. I can change it to anything but my logo that is in the same folder. I still need help please can I email you my login

What's your logo image name? Only JPG, PNG, and GIF files are recognized as images.
