for copyright it's a raw code eater at bottom of template.php or in /library/c.php find it and edit it.
And for logo replacing, there is option in Extensions > Template manager > your template > features tab. Find logo Image settings and you can manage logo there. Also remember to put your image in images folder of your template. It's located under your template folder \ images or images \ custom.
