Not recognizing WEBP images

I am using the Bakery template, and it is not recognizing WEBP images. How can I set it to use WEBP?

This is not an issue with the template.

Go to Content > Media > Options. Check if "webp" and "WEBP" is added to "Allowed Extensions" and "Legal Image Extensions (File Types)".

If you added a WEBP image and the browser is not showing it, then it's probably the wrong image format (try opening this image directly in the browser to check this).
