Removing Content from Ballet Home Page

Hello, Please I am finding it difficult removing the attached part from the ballet template. This part shows up immediately under the slide on the ballet template. Please, how do I remove this?

These are the Row Heading and Row Subheading. You can edit or delete this text on the template options page. Open the Layout tab, click "Row Settings" next to the "aboutrow" and edit or delete the Row Heading and Row Subheading text.
