Problems using the hotstart installation 3.x

Hi!
I'm trying1-6 to install joomla 3.x using hotstart installation and I have done steps 1-5 fine. I have no way to agree with the joomla license term (step 6 I guess) and I cannot continue towards steps 6-11
I think my server configuration is ok: MySQL 5.5.32, PHP 5.3.13. What's wrong?

Check file permissions, folders CHMOD should be 755 and files 644

I've checked files and directory permission and every thing seems to be fine (644 and 755, respectively). Any idea else?

It may be if you did copy site files using ftp that some files transfer failed. Try to upload whole ..hot_start.zip and to unpack it directly there using hosting panel file manager.

I've been busy in other things. Now I'm coming back to the installation of block hotstart, I've done what you say and it doesn´t work. What else can I do? I thing my setting is ok, what is wrong? Help!
