Sparky not showing all features with Joomla 3.2.1

Parts of Sparky not showing after updating to Joomla 3.2.1

I have uploaded latest version of Hot Churchly

Tadmin files have same date as tadmin zip update

Replace template files like in compressed folder in attachment.

i just have installed quick start of Churchly but cannot see the anything of the template settings (sparky). I have update Joomla to 3.2.1 and also upload the files from the zip-file of this comment.

Replace files in template folder like in zipped attachment

the problem is still the same. I don't see anything of sparky in the the template manager
