Features inaccessible

Hi Ivan,

I only purchased this template last week, and I installed the version 3x that is part of the template package. Do you mean there is a new update? The template is not working as advertised. If there is a new version, what version should I download?

Try replacing files as they are placed in attachment..

I have replaced the files as you suggested, but the inaccessible tabs/features are no more visible thus I still can't do the customization I want. Please see the new screenshot attached.

You can not access content of "Options" tab???

I can access "Options" tab. The content of "Options" tab has not changed. Please see the attachment below. The first snapshot is the page before I updated with the files you sent me. The second is the page after the update. All the inaccessible tabs have now disappeared completely.
