How change Title?

How change Title? was created by Voronik

Hello!
I try to change Title on HOT Cinema template. I change "Site Name" on Global Configuration but Title changed only for administration pages. And on the site, Title don't change and i see Hot Cinema Reviews.

In joomla admin go to top menu and find home menu item - one with star. In it's settings in right panel you will find text field to change.
