a question, if i have a joomla 3.x version when i upload the template joomla files will be overwritten?
I already have created the db and the joomla 3.x installation.

You need to download joomla language pack pack. Then configure it as default. In language manager you have view:

installed-site
installed-administrator

go to installed-administrator and select that language for default

Another question is possible to delete the component k2 in the home?
If i unpublished the categories the home is not avaible, why?
And why if i create a position in template manager for a new div( html customers module) adverts 4 and 5there isn't margin between the last 3-4-5 div?

Images you pick in "Hot Full Carousel" module settings, you can change type of home page (default) menu item to anyone you want

Sorry but i don't understand why the adverts 3- 4 are together?
Where could i change the distance of adverts div and the width e height of the div?

In layout editor in template options you should set them to be 3/12 wide each
