Cannot Edit Sample Blog article

in the construction template, I am trying to edit the blog article "Vel Illum Dolore Eu Feugiat Nulla". 
It does not allow me to save my changes to the title or the article
There is a message at the top of the screen that says "Unable to find a user with the ID: 275". There is no user with this ID, as I am the only user (superuser).

Hello,

To solve this, go to the Publishing tab, click the User icon in the "Created By" field, and click your user name. Finally, save the article.
