Problem with Installation

I installed the template correctly and its appearing find except for these messages all over:

What has gone wrong please?

That is just warning. Go to joomla global configuration and level down value for "Error reporting" parameter

I already hid warnings but I still want to know what the problem it..

That is this line:

$lang =& JFactory::getLanguage();

you can remove & to get rid of warning it does not change anything as for visible execution result. Difference will happen in memory.
