Category Ordering isn't displaying right

I've been searching this issue a lot and got no answer. Even thought backend shows the ordering correctly in frontend is alphabetically sort.

I appreciate your help on this issue...

It also depends on which parameter you have chosen for ordering


VM admin 'configuration' page -> 'product ordering setting' set the 'default category sort order' to 'Ordering'
