Bad links from items of module Most Read Content

Hello, on position Bottom2 I have modul Most Read Content. Links from items are different against links from top menu. Problem with displaying page, layout without bredcrumbs and article without content. See attached pictures and link:

Problem with bredcrumbs resolved, thank you. But in article Audio samples is not shown content when I click on link Audio in module Most readed (see pictures before). Content of article is created with plug-in {loadposition Audio}.

Can you describe better?

Click on top menu on item audio - artcle is shown ok. Click on item audio in module Most readed - article shows heading only but no content
