Once installed on joomla 2.5, PHP 5.5 writes:
Strict Standards: Non-static method JSite::getMenu() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in /data/www/18436/pobytovka_cz/www/templates/hot_explorer/index.php on line 220

Strict Standards: Non-static method JApplication::getMenu() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in /data/www/18436/pobytovka_cz/www/includes/application.php on line 539
how to fix it?

Go to joomla global configuration and level down 'Error Reporting' parameter value. That are just warnings
