Server Error was created by Houssam

i try to log in to my joomla control panel but there is an error
the other pages work normally only joomla have this error
i attach a screenshot for this error

yes i install your extension
Hot Lightbox - Joomla Lightbox Module

i cant access to remove it even

Try renaming:

modules/mod_hot_lightbox/

to:

modules/_mod_hot_lightbox/

i don't hv any access to joomla panel to can change anything
where i can find it in Files manager from hosting to change it?

i change it not work
then i remove all the extension and still same i cant access to the joomla panel
but the site work
