Fatal error after installation

I get this error after I have successfully installed the hot start for explorer

Fatal error: Call to a member function isAdmin() on a non-object in /home/myestore/public_html/mtecheng/plugins/system/remember/remember.php on line 42

Please I need help on this. thanks

I guess you are installing version for Joomla 3.x. Please make sure that your server meet the requirements needed to run Joomla. More details here: www.joomla.org/technical-requirements.html
