Hi, I installed the template and saw that this error comes up every time I edit and then save the template style in the system settings.

How can I solve?

My website: coworkinvest.altervista.org

Thank you

Hello,

The template is not installed properly. Did you install the template with demo data, as per this guide www.hotjoomlatemplates.com/documentation , or did you want to install the template only? If you are starting a new website, it's strongly recommended to install the template with demo data. After the installation, your website will look like this demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com/fintech Then you can start editing the demo data.

With the reinstallation of the template only now the control panel of the home of Joomla is seen and also the panel of the item "System".

The error when I save the template style keeps sticking, I think this is what generates the front end width change.

Here my credential access:

Hello,

The problem is related to your host. The free version of altervista.org is not a real host; it's just a virtual host, and therefore, the directories Joomla is using are incorrect. Therefore, you see the error that the file sparky_grid.php is not available, although it is available in the folder. When you assign your hosting account to a real domain name, I guess it will start working normally.

Milos
