You can use sparky_inner and sparky_home class to target right pages:

BODY.sparky_inner .mp_topmenu UL.navv > LI > UL{
margin-top: -42px;
}

BODY.sparky_home .mp_topmenu UL.navv > LI > UL{
margin-top: 0;
}
