Unable to find a user with the ID: 391 was created by stleone

I'm trying to edit a sample article, but cannot save it as a copy because the error message says "Unable to find a user with the ID: 391".
I realize this is the ID or the original author, but how do I get around this? Thank you!

Hello,

To solve this, go to the Publishing tab, click the User icon in the "Created By" field, and click your user name. Finally, save the article.
