Hi Milos,
I have updated all template files except those in the language folder and c.php, plus as you advised CSS and image files. This has made no difference however.
One possible clue I noticed with the two menu items in question today is this:
1) Hovering over Practice Areas or Contact causes the status bar to display the correct link. For example, hovering over Contact displays lmslawyers.com.au/joomla/index.php/en/contact-en in the status bar.
2) First click on either of these menu items causes this pattern: ../en/[previous menu item]#
For example, if I click on Commercial Law (under Practice Areas), then click on Contact, I will see ../en/commercial-law-en# in the status bar, and the link fails to go anywhere.
3) Second click on either Practice Areas or Contact works correctly, and displays correctly in the status bar. For example the second click on Contact displays ../en/contact-en and takes me to that page.
Are you able to deduce anything useful from this?
Thanks,
Julia.

P.S. Use Chrome to replicate the above. Status bar doesn't display like this on Firefox.

Also the path in step 2 above should read ..en/practice-areas-en/commercial-law-en#

Hello,
Our template doesn't work like that. I don't know what's the issue if you really uploaded new template files. Please submit a support ticket and give me your Joomla superadmin access and also FTP access of your site.
Thanks,
Milos
