htaccess.txt is missing from hotstart

htaccess.txt is missing from hotstart was created by maryswave

was going to setup SEF url's and no Joomla htaccess.txt file is not present on my cpanel.

is there a reason this was left out?

Maybe it was already active as .htaccess? Anyway you can put copy from any joomla copy you have
