Hi,
when i browse the template layout builder,i get this message.
Notice: Constant DS already defined in C:\wamp\www\Joomla_2.5.9-SoSpoon-FoodSpirit-tmpl\templates\hot_food_spirit\elements\tadmin.php on line 11
any idea ?

That is harmless warning , just level down error reporting level in global configuration
