Changing header image for each menu section

How to have a different header inner background (header_inner_bg1.jpg) for each page and not only the same on everyone?

Well this is not easy to achieve. You should change PHP code in template and write a script that will rotate background images per given criteria. You can find a PHP freelancer to write the code for you.
