Multi language template

What steps are to be done to get this site-template fully multi language (3 more languages at least) and to EASILLY keep it updated? Thanks.

Our templates come with the English language by default. However, you can install additional languages for every Joomla site. Please read these pages to learn how to install additional languages PROPERLY and COMPLETELY in Joomla:

After the language installation, all Joomla content (articles, modules, menu items, fields, etc.) can be assigned for each of the installed languages.
