hot film tape not responsive

Hi,
I use hot film tape in Restaurant theme. Hot film is installed in two modules: header and advert 2. Both modules are configered the same and responsive is enabled. Jquery is disabled. when i look online the header is responsive on smaler screens but the module in advert 2 not. Images cross eachother instead of schrinking and have the predefined space between them.
What can be the problem?

max-width:100%;
}
