I don't get any animation was created by agr

I've just installed HOT Full Carousel extension (commercial) and made a test with 2 images. But the images are not animated at all and are just displayed one below the other (i.e. I can see both images at once).

All settings are default. What can be wrong?

It's the two 960x300px images, which are supposed to be the carousel images.
