images not slides but they are positioned one below the other

we are migrating to joomla 4, in a test area our site, the hot full carousel module with the same images and module configurations in joomla 3 puts images under each other instead of slide. suggestions?

Did you download and install Joomla 4 version of the Hot Full Carousel module? Please download it from our site and install it. You don’t need to re-enter module parameters as they will not be changed. Then clear browser cache and try the website again.

This module requires at least 3 slides to be published. You currently have just 2 slides. Please try adding one more slide.
