The button works, but it's somehow covered with a spacer. Add this to the custom.css file:

}
If you are not receiving emails, check if messages are in your Spam/Junk folder.
In System > Global Configuration > Server > Mail, check if Send Mail is enabled and if the Mailer option is correct for your server. You should consult your web hosting support about this.
