Hello,
1. The Sparky Page Builder doesn't have access to the images on your website because you didn't do what I recommend above:
Go to Content > Articles > Options > Editing Layout. Make sure that the "Administrator Images and Links" option is enabled. Also, if you are editing from the frontend, make sure that the "Frontend Images and Links" option is enabled.
2. You didn't upgrade the Sparky Framework to v4.2.0 properly. I post about this here www.hotjoomlatemplates.com/blog/news/796...2-0-news-and-upgrade
I did other upgrade steps on your site and perhaps it's ok now. Now you have the Sparky Framework as a parent Joomla template and Insurance as a child template.
