Contact display - slider issue

I have an issue that the slider display on the contact form doesn't work and the mouseover on the field labels shows "<strong>Name</strong><br /> ....".
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Hosting provider runs on:
Linux Debian 6 "Squeeze"
Parallels Plesk Panel 11.x
PHP 5.x
MySQL 5.x
Perl 5.x

The latest version of Joomla! is installed

Maybe it is magic quotes problem:

docs.joomla.org/How_to_turn_off_magic_quotes_gpc_for_Joomla_3

will test this and let you know

according to system - system information - PHP settings Magic Quotes is off, any other idea?
