fresh install locks great, but I cant make a change and save it? I get a 403 error

The template settings are saving normally. Also, the modules are saved normally. However, I see that you can't save the articles after editing. The reasons for this could be:

1. During the upload of the HotStart files, some of the files are not uploaded properly or not uploaded.

2. Some settings of the server are not compatible with Joomla 4. Check this with hosting support.
