Joomla 4 hot start installation - just go to "download"

I followed the "read me" www.hotjoomlatemplates.com/documentation and at 3 - Joomla Installation - I go to the URL - but it just want to download the file
4joomla.montecobig5.co.za
Please help, why does it want to download?

Hello,

Maybe your server doesn't allow subdomains to start with a number.

If it's not the case, that's another server misconfiguration so you should consult the server administrator.
