Hotstart not extracting files when uploaded using

Im using filemanager on CPanel to upload and extract hotstart. However, while hotstart uploads, the files in the hotstart zip folder will not extract when I click on the extract button. I've done this before and it worked but not now. Any ideas on why this is happening?
I get this when I try to extract the files:

Archive: /home/adminhil/public_html/hot_news_portal25_hotstart.zip
End-of-central-directory signature not found. Either this file is not
a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive. In the
latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on
the last disk(s) of this archive.
unzip: cannot find zipfile directory in one of /home/adminhil/public_html/hot_news_portal25_hotstart.zip or
/home/adminhil/public_html/hot_news_portal25_hotstart.zip.zip, and cannot find /home/adminhil/public_html/hot_news_portal25_hotstart.zip.ZIP, period.

Can you extract it on localhost?

The ZIP archive hot_news_portal25_hotstart.zip is unpacking normally on our server. Try this:

1. Download entire template package again from our server, and upload again to your server.
2. Check if you have enough free space on your server.
3. Try to unzip this archive on your computer and then upload all files.
