Get Error when first setup HOT NewsPortal was created by bkpro

Dear sir.
I love HOT NewsPortal because it is very nice and cute. But i get serious error when i setup it

.

I can hide error message by the way as below. but i wondering maybe it ok? please help me fix it

Maximum and Develeopment are not normal values for sites. Also maybe system default is set on server to one of this two values. Chose simple.
