Where is Top Panel Close button?

I've done a fresh install of One Page and turned on Top Panel in template features. The Open button works, but once open, there is no close button. How do I activate it? Here is link:

Thanks! This may be a new topic, but I would like the Top Panel Open/Close buttons to toggle the Summer/Winter images. Open is one image. Closed is other. Is that possible?
