i'm sorry but there is no layout.css anymore
And there is no summer or winter in de index.php

If you are using Joomla 4, all custom CSS is now in /media/templates/site/onepage/css/custom.css

p.s. Do not edit index.php in any template. You won't find anything there. You can edit this file only if you are a very experienced coder.
