the template installation error

Hi, I've installed the "paradise" joomla template, done everything by manual, but at the end got an error:

Please make sure that you have at least PHP 5.4 installed on your server. Check Joomla 3 recommended server features here: www.joomla.org/about-joomla/technical-requirements.html

If you have PHP 5.4+ installed, please re-download from our site and re-install it.
