For some reason I have been gettng a lot of those errors lately.

I redid the user so try to log in with the same credentials again.

Change the info class to:

Code:

.info {
    background: url(../images/ul_icon3.png) no-repeat 20px 15px;
    padding-left: 70px;
}

You can experiment with the values until you get the result you like.
