Site will not scroll properly

Made a Rookie mistake and was editing the the wring site!!
But I have edited the correct file as suggested now, but I still see the floating panel? Sorry to be dragging this out.

Alright, once again make sure if it's the correct site. And also, make sure you saved template settings after file edit.
