texture image change in top row

You missed the folder. You should upload the image in this folder:

/templates/hot_polygons/images

using FTP (not Joomla media manager). Then use the CSS I gave you above.

Ok I inserted the image into the proper folder now. I used the code you provided with the name of my image inserted into the top row css code under template css.css and still no change.

I know you are busy but I am willing to pay you to go into my admin end and fix both the top row and row above copyright to this texture for me.

The image is within the folder you indicated now to pull from.
