Contact Form not working was created by kris

I'm getting an "Unable to find a user with the ID: 909" when trying to change and save the contact details. Please advise.

Hello,

To solve this, go to the Publishing tab, click the User icon in the "Created By" field, and click your user name. Finally, save the article.
