I will try to insert a JPG:

1. Click Add File and select JPG.
2. Click Insert. Attachment snippet will appear.
3. Click Submit.

Maximum Image File Size is 300KB.
Maximum Image Width is 2000px.
Maximum Image Height is 2000px.

Check if your image doesn't exceed these limits.

Ok, I see but it strange that happened because you added and banner???? Did you install something else. Send admin access using "Report To Moderator"
