Issue With Adding Position Beside The content was created by midanuga

Hi,
Please I am trying to resolve an issue where the virtuemart category display spills over into positions for other content. I am trying to add a tweet section to stay at the right side of category list but it keeps clashing as shown in the picture attached. Please how can I fix this.
