The column in position "right" is displayed too low was created by office

The image will show that the right column "Aktuell" (Type: custom) in position "right" is displayed too low. The top margin is too big.
What can I do, that the article text and the right column are aligned in the same top-position?

Please edit file /media/templates/site/sparks/css/custom.css and around line 544 delete this:
