Adding a Class in a new custom row made in Sparky's Template builder

The Startup Template Sparky Template builder has no left button for the customization of each row. Thus I try to manually add a Class in the css. Do I have to describe it only in the template_css.css file or it is needed something more?
Basically what I attempt to achieve is a 3 columns page that will override the template's setting and will be 100% width large. Hope it will keep being responsive to display content vertically on smartphones.
Thanks.

Hello,
If you add class "full" to any row, it will have 100% width. Also, it will be responsive as any other rows.
Best regards,
Milos
