This is for sure not related to upgrading to Joomla 3.7.4 because our demo site is based on Joomla 3.7.4 and as you can see, the animations and carousel are working fine: demo.hotjoomlatemplates.com/tea/

Anyway, you can try to re-download template files from our site re-install template. This could fix the problem.

If I reinstall the template, all changes will be lost?

You can upload template files by FTP to keep all your settings.
